Roman Fedčuk (violin)
He was born in the Ukraine,
and studied at the Tchaikowski conservatory in Moscow. During his studies he
won the prominent international contest "Vianna da Motta" in Lisbon and later
he won several other important international awards. As a soloist he cooperated
with many european orchestras (for example: Zagrebian orchestra, Virtuosi Pragensis
etc.) He also worked as a concert master in the famous "Moscow Soloists" chamber
orchestra, conducted by Y. Bashmed. With this ensemble he had the opportunity
to perform on some of the prominent word stages (Garnegie hall, Albert Hall,
Gewandhaus etc.). Since 1994 he has cooperated with many chamber ensembles in
Prague. He has been a member of the Ludwig Quartet since 1999.
